Sometimes I wonder what on earth is going on:::

This is one of those weeks.

To begin with, last Saturday the phones in my office quit working! Yes...without any waring they started making these shreeking noises and then....NOTHING! They went DEAD!

Well the most wonderful Tec from ATT, Bob came to our rescue. He tried to fix them but had to order new, very important parts. Then, due to the horrible weather in Dallas our equiptment got stuck in Texas, not for one but 3 days. Then today a part that we just had to have was not in the package of ATT parts that finally made it through the storms!!

So for the 5th day in a row....Yes, no phones. Can you just imagine what a real estate office is like with no phones? In a word.....quiet.

Thank goodness for cell phones which we've all had to use, and use, and use, and use...........

Maybe tomorrow we will be back connected to the outside world again thanks to Bob the tec guy. Thank goodness our internet is thru SBC and it's working just fine.

Today I showed 16 houses! I think so far that is a record for 2007. The market is picking up...things are selling.....hummmmmm; maybe a trend? No. I don't think so.
