One of the most rewarding parts of my job as a Realtor is working with the children of my friends! Watching the "Southland Village Kids" grow up, making great choices with their lives, and now as young adults embarking on their life paths.
Some of these SLVK''s are choosing to come back to Yuba City after graduating from college. They are finding opportunities in the town they grew up in and making it better in their special way. What an outstanding contribution they will make to our community!! We are so lucky to have them.
What fun I've had working with two of these girls from "The Neighborhood" helping them with their first home buying process!! Courtney Gengler and now Sarah Anderson have choosen to work with me and I am enjoying very minute of the process.
What a wonderful experience to work with these delightful young women.

YC STYLE is the best!!! If only there was a Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons or Fairmont in YC! Then I too could come home and buy a house in the place that made me who I am! I miss the familiarities of YC and the great friends and family I have there! It is so great to come and appreciate the town you grew up in and all that it has to offer!!
